5. Shipping & Parcels
Parcel rates are quoted through our shipping partner and may vary based on the weight, dimensions, and destination you provide. You're responsible for accurately declaring parcel contents and customs value. Prohibited or restricted items may not be shipped.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific fare, rate, or courier rules attached to your booking or shipment, shown at checkout. Contact support for help with a cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
CHMP acts as an intermediary connecting you with airlines, hotels, and courier partners. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by those third parties, to the extent permitted by law.
